A Message From Our Principal

 A big WELCOME from Rose Shaw SES! Our school motto 'Inspiring Success in Every Child' is our foremost goal. We define our success as academic progress and achievement, and providing the foundation to create lifelong learners. Rose Shaw SES's mission is to create a place where every student can learn with the help of the staff, parents, and the community. We are recognized as a school that emphasizes high academic standards, as well as high expectations of all students to achieve their fullest educational potential. I am proud of Rose Shaw's achievements and look forward to many more. GO DOLPHINS!
I hope all of you had a restful, fun filled summer and are ready to return to school. As many of you know Shaw is once again Exemplary we are so proud of all of our students and staff. As we start the 2010-2011 school year let's continue to work hard and push ourselves to be the best we can be!

Rose Shaw SES was designated a 2008 No Child Left Behind - Blue Ribbon School. The No Child Left Behind-Blue Ribbon Schools Program honors public and private elementary, middle and high schools that are either academically superior or that demonstrate dramatic gains in student achievement to high levels. In addition to being honored at a ceremony in Washington, DC, where each school receives a plaque and flag signifying their status, these schools serve as models for other schools throughout the nation.
